While he is not as powerful as a master in the field he can hold his own especially when he starts combining different styles. He is given the name raven alchemist though because his circles are arrays that look like ravens.
Abilities: A keen ability to analyze and learn new alchemy without much training.

Skills: He has this amazing skill to piss off the administration at central. He is good at detecting alchmy and knows more than he should.

Bio:
Ah where to begin. I guess with the place it all began. Amestris my country I call home. I grew up in East city. It had been over a hundred years since the Elrick brothers and the fall Bradley. Peace had been relative and aside from a few minor instances of alchemy that hurt no one I was not a terrible person. I won’t lie. I was a troubled kid I lived with my grandfather who was a skilled alchemist. My grandmother was from Xing and was skilled in Alkahestry. I was taught both but the latter never took. I confess it is my weakness. Knowledge is also my weakness. I have always been skilled in Alchemy and combined with the fact that I have always been a bit misguided on what I wanted to do with my life.

This brings us to my fall. East city has a large bank where state alchemists frequent. One night while they were closed I transmuted a door into the main office to see if I could break the alchemic locks on the vault. I didn’t need the money I swear! I just wanted to see if I could break them.

Long story short I was caught and given a choice by a General for the military. I could go to prison and be locked down 24-7 and not use my alchemy at all. The other option. Join the military and hone my skills. I was sent to Central and took my tests. I passed with flying colors. I received my name that would be used in all my days as a soldier. The Raven Alchemist.
Middle of the Road:

That was ten years ago. Now I am a Coronal. I have increased my skills in alchemist abilities. I am considered an expert in arrays. Now I am going on and doing whatever the higher ups want. Whether it is to put down a coup or help with a treaty I go where needed.

Personality:
Dorian is strong willed and very smart. He has weakness for knowledge though. If he doesn’t know it he wants to and will. This can cause issues with his job. It can also lead to fun adventures.
